There is nothing crazier than being in a rush to get chores done, having extra chores pop up because something needs fixed now or else the animals are going to get out, and remembering that you have to bring dessert to a get together you are supposed to be leaving for in less than ten minutes.  Oh, and you still need to take a shower.

Luckily, I’ve been living on a farm long enough to know that this type of scenario happens more often than not, so I, thankfully, made the brownies ahead of time and took an idea from one of my favorite youtubers: Messy Baker.

Because the event was an Easter gathering, I pre-bought three icings.  A strawberry icing, a white icing, and a buttercream icing.  Thanks to the strawberry icing already being pink, I didn’t have to do anything to it other than scoop some into a plastic bag.  I, also, did nothing to the buttercream icing because I liked that natural, creamy yellow color for the Easter theme.  The white icing, however, I divided into two bags.  One dyed light green and the other a light blue.

Because I was crunched for time, I didn’t bother with a proper icing bag or an icing tip and, instead, went the old school route of snipping a small corner off of the bag.  I, then, took Messy Baker’s advice and randomly plopped on dots of icing for a crazy, haphazard design that somehow worked.

Super easy and great for those times your in a pinch!
